ABOUT US
Terri Svoronos is a prominent Australian talent agent, educator, and entrepreneur, renowned for her dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within the children’s entertainment industry. With a career spanning over 30 years, she has significantly influenced the representation of young talent across Australia and beyond.

Born to Greek immigrant parents in Australia, Terri began her journey in the entertainment world at the age of three. Facing typecasting due to her ethnic background, she was often limited to stereotypical roles—an experience that fueled her lifelong commitment to creating inclusive, empowering spaces for performers of all backgrounds.

In 1993, she founded Kute Kidz Productions, which rapidly expanded from 20 to 1,500 students within two years. This led to the establishment of the Melbourne School of Performing Arts and Showkidz Management, where she represented some of Australia’s most promising young talent.

In 2017, Terri launched Kidz Global, the parent company for several groundbreaking initiatives including Kidz Fashion Week—a national platform for children aged 5 to 17 to walk the runway, perform, and gain confidence while celebrating individuality and diversity.

Now, keeping the best of the best elite talent under her personal management banner MBT WORLDWIDE, Terri doesn’t wait for opportunity to knock—she actively pitches her elite talent to global casting opportunities. With long-standing industry connections in the US, Canada, London, Greece, and Germany, she ensures her performers are seen on an international stage.

Terri's efforts have earned her numerous accolades, including the 1995 Young Achiever’s Award, Business Excellence Award, and the prestigious Telstra Business Award in 2017 for her contributions to inclusive casting.

She also hosts the podcast Terri Talks – Kidz in the Biz, sharing insights with aspiring performers and their families, and has worked on several productions including Wog Boys Forever, La Brea, Neighbours, Childhood’s End, The Leftovers and many more.
